The dawgz will be a'barkin today ladies and gents! Make sure ya hop on the gravy train with these live pooches today. Speaking of live dawgs the SwampMan finally bounced back and was spot on with an outright and low scoring Cleveland win this past Thursday NIght Football Showcase. That being said, if any of you follow me on Twitter (@swampy_swami) you would've seen the MONSTER Saturday that was had with the picks from the Swamp yesterday in College FB going 8-1. That being said I think it is safe to say Swamp is officially in the zone and looking to have another MONSTER day today. Alright let's do this:

***TENNESEE TITANS +10.5***

Mettenberger baby! This kid is making his second start today and I like his chances against a poor and injured Raven pass defense. Mettenberger threw for nearly 300 yards with 2 TDs and 1 INT two weeks ago in his first start against Houston and now had a bye week to let that marinate and review some mistakes. I like Tennesee to be up for this game today and go into Baltimore focused and ready to pressure Flacco and make this a game. Do I even smell a big upset here? I think I might. Take the points to be safe with Tenn +Tenn and a half! See what I did there, heheh.

***BUFFALO BILLS -1.5***

This Bills team is also off a bye week and looked really strong against the Jets two weeks ago. I know it is the Jets but believe it or not NY is coming to play on defense every game and despite having a limited secondary they are no slouch and actually played both the Patriots and KC pretty well. Their offense just didn't help them out any and could not put up any points to bail them out and turned the ball over way too much. That being said, I think a fresh Buffalo defense at home will swarm Alex Smith and the run game today and Orton will be able to find his new toy stud WR Sammy Watkins and Co. to exploit a Cheifs secondary that is not 100%. The Bills can be a dangerous team late in the season as the weather gets colder, and I believe they get the job done at home today.

***SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS +6***

The Niners have been nothing short of lost these past couple of weeks while stringing together a couple of losses. Without a doubt they are steaming over this especially Head Coach Jim Harbaugh. That man is a lunatic and I love it. He will have his team ready to go today and the Niners are no joke when they come to play. They falter when trying to make Kaepernick the focal point of the offense and ask him to do too much. By getting back to the run game which is their bread and butter with Frank Gore and Carlos Hyde, the passing game will open up and follow suit. I also think Kap uses his legs a bit today to frustrate the New Orleans defense and help keep them on the field and at the same time, keep Drew Brees on the bench. These teams always go to war and I will confidently take the generous points in this one with their backs against the wall. Niners +6.

***JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS +7.5***

Ah, another game out of the USA. I hate these. I beleive they mess with a teams chemistry a bit with the extra long travel and different culture. I think it makes good teams play worse, and bad teams play better. It tends to even the playing field a bit. In this one we have a Cowboys team who have just dropped two straight, and their QB will be attempting to play while injured. I think that this could be a bad recipe for Dallas today as they face a young and hungry Jaguars team who will be without a doubt ready to go playing a respected team like Dallas. Jaguars Head Coach Gus Bradley will have his cats up for this one and that defensive line that is full of Ex-Seahawk players will be in Romo and Murrays face all day. The Jags can be suprisingly explosive in the passing game with rookie gunslinger Blake Bortles unafraid to take chances and now former Michigan standout QB Denard Robinson starting at RB for Jacksonville gives them a different but dangerous dynamic in the backfield. In a nutshell, I really like the Jags to take advantage of both the offensive and defensive injuries for Dallas and give them a run for their money today. Jaggies with the points, maybe even another big upset! Jags +7.5!

***NEW YORK GIANTS +10***

The Gmen are due. It is as simple as that. This is a good spot for them I truly believe to sneak out a win juuuust when they aren't supposed to like they have done in the past. Their counterparts in the division ahead of them in the race have all dropped a couple of games and cracked that window just a little bit for the Giants to stay alive. This is a MUST WIN for the GMen if they want any hopes for a miracle run this year. I think the Seahawks are reeling and the fact that they almost lost outright to DAAA RAIIIIIIDAAAAAAAZZZ last week shows me that Eli and Rookie Double Trouble Andre Willams and Odell Beckham Jr. can take advantage of them and their internal problems as well. The Seahawk's defense is not what it used to be, and since the extremely stupid (in my opinion) trade of Percy Harvin to the Jets they have not been the same offensively either. By trading Percy away they elminated a whole dynamic part of their offense that opposing teams were forced to spend significant time preparing for whether Percy was used on Sunday or not. Now that factor is gone and it is simply Marshawn Lynch that needs to be stopped which is easier said than done, but not entirely impossible. I just like Big Blue to give it their all today and keep this one close if not win outright. GMEN +10!

That's all folks! Enjoy the games today and remember, SWAMPY LOVES YAAAAA!
