Tonight it is no secret that we have quite the doozie on deck. The streaky 5-4 Buffalo Bills head into Miami to take on their also streaky and also 5-4 rival, the Dolphins. The Bills blew a game last weekend against Kansas City due to some costly turnovers. Tonight they go up against one of the best defenses in the league in my opinion and I expect more of the same, especially on the road. I said last week that the Bills can be a dangerous team at home as the weather gets colder, but tonight on the road and in Miami I don't like their chances very much. The Dolphins just lost against the extremely potent Lions offense last week during the final seconds of the game. This is a must win for both teams but unlike the Bills, I believe that the Phins have actual playoff potential. Tonight they will buckle down and defensive end Cameron Wake AKA The EarthqWake and his buddies will be in journeyman old gunslinger Kyle Orton's face forcing him into some big time bad decisions while the best corner in the game Brent Grimes, shuts down his favorite target, the wounded rookie standout Sammy Watkins. Watkins has a groin injury and Orton tries to force the ball to him at times. Grimes will be ready for this and be his worst nightmare. The kid is playing lights out at corner and will eliminate Watkins from the game. Last week he was with Megatron every step of the way and although Calvin did his thing a bit, Grimes was in perfect position to defend the play and was just simply outsized by Johnson. Bottom line is the Bills running game is depleted, their go-to man will be nonexistent, and they will struggle offensively because of it. On the other side of things I know the Dolphins lost their starting LT and that Tannehill is also not 100% facing a stout Buffalo defensive front. That being said I like this to be a low scoring and hard fought defensive battle, and I just don't see the Bills scoring much at all and the Dolphins using this as a statement game and win by a handful of FGs. Fish and the Under!
