***MNF IN THE SWAMP - NFC EAST 'OL FASHIONED WAR - DAL @ WASH***

***DALLAS COWBOYS @ WASHINGTON REDSKINS***

This NFC East division is absolute chaos, and I think it will get even crazier after tonight. The Dallas Cowboys are currently at the bottom of the division but not by far, especially if they can manage to upset the Washington Redskins on the road tonight in this MNF Prime Time matchup. If the Cowboys win this one somehow, it will birth a three-way tie for first in the division between the Giants, Eagles, and Redskins and the Cowboys will be just a single game behind them with four weeks to play! That all being said, I feel as though it is typical NFL madness and what is almost destined to happen. I have been following the Redskins closely these past couple of weeks, backing them often. Last week they were my favorite play of the day at home hosting the Giants. I even think they will most likely be the last team standing when it is all said and done. The Kirk Cousins "YOU LIKE THAT!" clip is probably my favorite thing to come out of this season. However tonight I feel like this spot for them is a little funky. They host an extremely frustrated Cowboys team who the last time any of us saw them play was in a complete failure against an undefeated Panthers squad while we were all most likely stuffing our faces with some turkey during Thanksgiving dinner. They got their QB in Tony Romo back and there was nothing but excitement surging through Dallas Nation about how they were going to run the table blah blah blah. Obviously as we all witnessed that was not the case and even worse, Romo was re-injured and is once again out and done for the season. This Cowboys team has YET to win a game in Romo's absence and call me crazy but I think tonight can be the night that all changes. The Cowboys still have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball and can be a very dangerous team if they can manage to play well and minmize their mistakes. I feel as though they matchup very well with the Redskins and can go toe-to-toe with them tonight. The stage is set for a great divisional battle to take place and I believe that is exactly what we will get as this one should be back and forth with both teams throwing the kitchen sink at the other and being decided by a FG at the end either way. The Dallas defense will surely get after Cousins tonight with their pass rush and possibly force a HUGE turnover or two which we know Kirk can be prone to throw as good as he has been lately. This can be all that is needed to decide this one. The Redskin defense is way more talented and playing a lot better than most people give them any credit for but tonight Dallas WR Dez Bryant and TE Jason Witten are due to have big games and I think that is exactly what will happen as these two Pro Bowl weapons will put this offense on their backs and get some points on the board. Dallas will surely pound the rock in stubborn fashion with old backup QB Matt Cassel once again at the helm and I got to believe this will help open up for the passing game in the second half. Kirk has some weapons of his own with WR DeSean Jackson back and the surging TE Jordan Reed and WR Pierre Garcon becoming security blankets for him through the air as well. So in a nutshell while I like both offenses to have some success tonight, I see the Cowboy defense to be on point and get that one turnover that will change the game. Get ready for some major meaningful games for all four NFC East teams in week 14! COWBOYS +2
